摘要
目的:研究产前超声在诊断胎儿消化道异常方面的声像图表现及重要应用价值。方法:对2009年10月至2011年6月在我院进行产前超声检查的32 453例孕妇中127例胎儿消化道畸形的超声表现及其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:诊断出胎儿消化系统畸形共127例,包括:食管闭锁3例,十二指肠闭锁与狭窄57例,肠管扩张43例,胎粪性腹膜炎24例。结论:产前超声在诊断胎儿消化道异常方面的有重要应用价值,可为产前咨询和临床处理提供重要依据。
Objective： To study the ultrasonographic manifestation and practical value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal digestive tract abnormalities. Methods： Retrospective analysis the ultrasonography and clinical date of fetal anomalies of digestive tract on 127 cases,Which comes from 32,453 cases of prenatal ultrasound examination for pregnant women in our hospital from October 2009 to June 2011. Results： Diagnosis of fetal malformation of digestive system a total of 127 cases,including ： 3 cases of esophageal atresia,duodenal atresia or stenosis of 57 cases,43 cases of bowel dilatation,24 cases of meconium peritonitis. Conclusion： Prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal anomalies of digestive tract has important application value,can provide important basis for prenatal consultation and clinical treatment.
