摘要
浆细胞样树突状细胞（plasmacytoid dendritic cell,pDC）是最近发现的树突状细胞的一个亚类,有类浆细胞形态,作为CD123＋被识别[1],也被称为天然的I型干扰素产生细胞,是最有潜力的I型IFN（IFN-a/β）产生细胞,在对病毒等微生物的反应中,其分泌IFN-a/β的能力是其他细胞的1 000倍[2]。
