联合Seldinger导丝交换技术行经皮骨成形术治疗寰椎转移瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 临床资料患者男,66岁。因＂颈部疼痛2个月余,发现右肺癌全身多发转移1周＂于2011年3月8日入院。2011年1月患者无明显诱因下出现颈部阵发性隐痛,伴僵硬、活动受限。当时未予重视,而颈部疼痛进行性加重,并向头部放射。到当地医院就诊,行颈椎MRI检查提示：C4～6椎体解剖变异,呈融合性改变。后行颈椎牵引等保守治疗,未见好转。2月28日外院胸部CT检查发现右肺中叶外段一大小约24.2
