听觉统合治疗自闭症儿童的单一被试研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨听觉统合治疗(auditory integration training,AIT)对自闭症儿童的近期疗效,为自闭症儿童的康复治疗提供临床依据。方法:采用4个单基线A-B-A单一被试实验设计,对1名3岁7个月自闭症儿童进行听觉统合治疗。结果:该患儿的主动语言次数、主动交往次数显著增加,哭闹持续时间、刻板行为的次数显著减少,且干预治疗有延时效应。从回归线的发展趋势来看,处理期和第二基线期较第一基线期的发展有较大的改变,在发展方向上有进一步改善症状的趋势。结论:AIT对该自闭症患儿的近期治疗有效。 Objective: To explore the short - term therapeutic effect of auditory integration training (AIT) on a child with autism, provide a clinical basis for rehabilitation therapy of children with autism. Methods: A single case study was conducted, one child aged three years and seven months were treated with AIT. Results: The times of active language and active communication of the child increased obviously, while the duration time of cry and scream, the times of stereotyped behavior decreased sharply. AIT had a delay effect. Judging by the development tendency of regression line, compared with the first baseline period, the changes during treatment period and the second baseline period were large, showing a further improving trend in the direction of development. Conclusion: AIT has short - term therapeutic effect for treatment of the autistic child.
