3012例儿童肺炎支原体检测结果分析

Analysis on the detection results of Mycoplasma pneumonia among 3012 children

目的:了解温岭市儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染状况,检测血清MP抗体的阳性率。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法对3 012例患儿的血清进行MP IgM、IgG抗体检测。结果:患儿MP IgM抗体的阳性率为20.2%(608/3 012),IgG抗体的阳性率为20.6%(619/3 012),MP IgM和IgG抗体均为阳性的阳性率为13.5%(408/3 012)。<1岁、1～3岁、3～6岁和>6岁年龄组MP IgM抗体阳性率分别为14.4%、22.3%、23.7%和20.9;MP IgG抗体阳性率分别为14.8%、23.5%、21.4%和23.9%;两者同时阳性的阳性率分别为10.3%、16.9%、12.8%和14.6%。结论:MP感染已成为温岭市儿童肺部感染的主要病原体之一,应引起高度重视,做好秋、冬季节的预防工作。

Objective： To understand the infection status of Mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） among the children in Wenling city, detect the positive rates of MP antibodies in serum. Methods： Enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect MP IgM and IgG antibodies in serum of 3 012 children. Results ： The positive rates of MP lgM and IgG antibodies among the children were 20.2% （608/3 012） and 20. 6% （619/3 012）, respectively, the positive rate of MP IgM antibody combined with MP IgG antibody was 13.5% （408/3 012） . The positive rates of MP IgM antibody in 〈 one - year group, 1 - 3 - year group, 3 - 6 - year group, and 〉 6 - year group were 14.4% , 22. 3%, 23.7%, and 20. 9, respectively ; the positive rates of MP IgG antibody in 〈 one - year group, 1 - 3 - year group, 3 -6 -year group, and 〉6 -year group were 14. 8% , 23.5% , 21.4%, and 23.9% , respectively; the positive rates of MP IgM antibody combined with MP IgG antibody in 〈 one - year group, 1 - 3 - year group, 3 - 6 - year group, and 〉 6 - year group were 10. 3% , 16.9% , 12. 8%, and 14. 6%, respectively. Conclusion： MP infection is one of the major pathogens of pulmonary infection among the children in Wenling city, which should be paid more attention to, the preventive works in autumn and winter should be strengthened.
