多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗患者的子宫内膜胰岛素受体底物1的表达 被引量:4

Expression of insulin receptor substrate-1 in endometrium of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance

摘要 目的:研究多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)患者其子宫内膜胰岛素受体底物(insulin receptor substrate IRS)1表达。方法:所有研究对象于月经周期第1天刮取子宫内膜,其中P-COS患者51例,合并胰岛素抵抗者28例,非胰岛素抵抗者23例,对照组非PCOS妇女19例,行病理切片观察及免疫组化染色,计算机图像分析系统分析子宫内膜IRS-1的表达。结果:PCOS IR组、PCOS非IR组和对照组IRS-1表达的灰度值分别为(131.94±18.39)、(78.16±6.87)和(74.76±4.78),PCOS IR组与PCOS非IR组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PCOS非IR组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:PCOS合并IR患者子宫内膜组织的IRS-1表达降低,可能是子宫内膜发生胰岛素抵抗机制之一。 Objective: To research the expression of insulin receptor substrate - 1 ( IRS - 1 ) in endometrium of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) combined with insulin resistance. Methods: The endometrium samples were obtained from all the study objects on the first day of menstrual cycle, 51 patients with PCOS were included in the study, including 28 patients with insulin resistance and 23 patients without insulin resistance; 19 women without PCOS were selected as control group. Pathological sections and immunohistochemical staining were conducted, computerized image analysis system was used to analyze the expression of IRS - 1 in endometrium. Results: The gray values of IRS - 1 expression in endometrium of PCOS combined with insulin resistance group, simple PCOS group, and control group were (131.94 ± 18.39), (78. 16 ± 6. 87), and (74. 76 ± 4. 78), respectively, there was significant difference between PCOS combined with insulin resistance group and simple PCOS group, control group (P 〈 0. 01 ), but there was no significant difference between simple PCOS group and control group (P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The expression level of IRS - 1 in endometfium of patients with PCOS combined with insulin resistance decreases, which may be one of the mechanisms of insulin resistance in endometrium of patients with PCOS.
