核转录因子与环氧合酶-2在葡萄胎组织中的表达及相关性研究

Study on the expressions of nuclear transcription factor and cyclooxygenase-2 in hydatidiform mole tissue and their correlation

摘要 目的:探讨核转录因子(NF-κB)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在葡萄胎发病机制中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV-6000法测定50例葡萄胎(其中18例恶变)和20例正常绒毛组织中NF-κB和COX-2蛋白表达情况。结果:NF-κB和COX-2在正常对照组和葡萄胎组的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NF-κB和COX-2蛋白阳性表达率在葡萄胎恶变组中的表达均高于葡萄胎未恶变组(P<0.05)。结论:NF-κB和COX-2可能与滋养细胞的侵袭过程及程度有关,检测葡萄胎组织中NF-κB和COX-2的蛋白表达,可预测葡萄胎恶变,为临床预防性化疗提供一定的理论依据。 Objective: To explore the effects of nuclear transcription factor ( NF - κB) and cyclooxygenase - 2 ( COX - 2) in mechanism of hydatidiform mole. Methods: Immunohistochemical PV - 6000 method was used to detect the expressions of NF - κB and COX -2 in 50 cases with hydatidiform mole (including 18 cases with malignantly transformed mole) and 20 cases with normal chorionic tissue. Results : There was significant difference in the expression levels of NF - κB and COX - 2 between normal control group and hydatidi- form mole group (P 〈 0.05) . The positive expression rates of NF - κB and COX - 2 in malignantly transformed hydatidiform mole group were significantly higher than those in non - malignantly transformed hydatidiform mole group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : NF - κB and COX - 2 might be involved in the invasion and degree of cytotrophoblast cells. Detecting the expressions of NF - κB and COX - 2 in hydatidiform mole tissue can predict the malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole and provide a certain theoretical basis for prophylactic chemotherapy in clinic.
