The standardization of electronic medical records is important clinical information resource which is essential to modem medical institutions and people＇s health record. According to the electronic health record （EHR） standard of United States, this article analyses the development, present situation and contents of EHR standard between in China and in USA. It will find out existing problems and solutions to make our development of EHR healthier and more canonical.
