理论与实践视角下的档案业务外包适用范围探析

本文以档案业务外包适用范围为考察对象。分别从理论与实践的角度出发,对业务外包范围划分的相关理论框架、标准加以分析和梳理,归纳实践中档案业务外包呈现出的特点,并注意到档案业务外包在理论与实践的相互对比中出现的较大差异。

This paper makes the archive outsourcing as a study object. From the perspective of theory and practice approach, this paper analyses the theoretical frameworks and measures of dividing the scope of outsourcing, concludes the characteristics of archive outsourcing from the angle of practice, and discuses the disparity between theory and practice of archive outsoureing.
