摘要
江苏某化工厂在基础环氧树脂生产过程中排放出高COD及高盐分的废水,采用蒸发脱盐/絮凝沉淀/过滤/二氧化氯催化氧化/HCR生化工艺进行处理,结果表明,COD、盐分等污染物均可得到有效去除,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级标准。
A lot of wastewater with high COD concentration and high salinity is produced by a chemical factory in Jiangsu Province, and the combined process of evaporation, coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, ClO2 catalytic oxidation and HCR biochemical process was used to treat this wastewater. The results show that the COD and salinity can be effectively removed. The effluent quality meets the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
