摘要
结合工程实例,介绍采用微涡流絮凝/斜管沉淀工艺解决脉冲澄清池出水水质差、处理能力不足、效率低的难题。实施上述改造后,脉冲澄清池的处理水量提高20%,年平均浊度<5NTU,药剂消耗<15 g/m3。
Aiming at the problems of poor effluent quality, inadequate treatment capacity and low treatment efficiency of pulse clarifier, the reconstruction of pulse clarifier by using micro-vortex flocculation and inclined-tube settling technology is introduced with project cases. After the reconstruction, the treatment capacity of pulse clarifier is increased by 20% , the turbidity of treated water is less than 5.0 NTU, and chemical consumption is less than 15 g/m3.
