摘要
昆特依盐湖卤水属于硫酸镁亚型,利用昆特依盐湖卤水晒制的光卤石矿含有硫酸镁,硫酸镁影响光卤石矿加水分解过程,因此研究此类光卤石加水分解过程是很必要的。研究此光卤石矿物分解最直观的指标为,以光卤石完全分解为最佳。采用矿物恒温冷分解的实验方法,利用液相组分对共存固相进行分析,通过分析分解液相中钾离子和镁离子含量、固相中镁和硫酸根物质的量比及相图4种互相关联的指标,从而得到一种准确简便地确定光卤石矿分解条件的方法,这种方法指出利用液相中镁离子或钾离子作为判断指标是可行且合理可靠的。通过本方法获得最佳加水量和分解时间。
Brine in Kunteyi Salt Lake belongs to Sub-type magnesium sulfate, and carnallite made from Kunteyi Salt Lake brine contains magnesium sulfate,which affects the process of decomposition of carnallite by adding water. Therefore, it is very necessary to research decomposition process of this kind of carnallite. Most intuitive index for camallite decomposition is completely decomposition of carnallite. Taking mineral-thermostatic-cold-decomposition experimental method, using analysis of components in liquid phase and it's coexisting solid phase, and through the analysis of four interrelated indexes that contents of K ^+ and Mg^2+in the liquid, amount-of-substance ratio of Mg^2+ and SO4^2- in solid phase and phase diagram, an accurate,and convenient method for making sure the conditions of carnallite decomposition was obtained. This method pointed out that the use of Mg^2+ or K ^+ in liquid phase as judging-index is reasonable, reliable, and practicable. By this method the best amount of water-adding, and the most reasonable resolving-time could be achieved.
