摘要
以江苏井神盐化股份有限公司30万吨/年盐碱联合循环项目为背景,主要针对制碱工艺中石灰窑煤石配上料自动化控制系统进行了研究和设计。本项目配上料自动控制系统采用浙江中控ECS-700系统,称量系统采用梅特勒托利多平台秤。该配上料系统设计为自动和半自动两种工作方式,较好的提高了配上料的效率和煤石配比的精度。
This paper takes 300,000 t/y salt and soda combined cycling project in Jiangsu Jingshen Salt and Chemical Co.,Ltd as the background,and makes research and design for automatically-controlled coal and stone distribution and feed system of lime kiln in soda production.The system in this project is provided with ECS-700 system by Zhejiang Zhongkong Co.,and the weighing system is Mettler Toledo platform scale.This coupled feed system is designed for automatic and semiautomatic operations,which has improved the efficiency of distribution and feed and the accuracy of the coal-stone proportion.
