摘要
本文介绍了一种以丙烯酸酯为主体的孔液型合成纤维经丝粘合剂AS。作者分析了它的物理及化学粘合机理,介绍了它的合成方法,以及单体配比、乳化剂、引发剂对粘合剂性能的影响,讨论了在实际生产过程中,反应温度、pH值、搅拌速度对反应体系的影响,并且提供了该粘合剂的性能数据及应用实例。
An emulsive acrylate adhesive, Warp Sizing Adhesive AS, for synthetic fiber has been introduced. In this paper, the authors have analyzed its physical and chemical bonding mechanism, described its synthetic method and the effect of monomer formulation,emulsifier and activator on its properies, discussed the factors, such as reaction temperature, pH value and strring speed, that have influence on the reaction system while it is produced,and provided the data of its properties and applied examples.
