尼龙热熔胶带的研制

Development of Hot-Melt Adhesive Tape Based on Nylon

选用尼龙6(PA6)、低密度聚乙烯(LOPE)和乙烯—醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为基片材料,共聚尼龙和天然松香为粘合层材料,试制出适用于服装用的热熔胶。研究了共混尼龙热熔胶的工艺参数和性能与组成的关系。实验结果表明,尼龙热熔胶与涤纶或尼龙布基有良好的剥离强度。

The hot-melt adhesive tape for clothing was prepared using PA6,LDPE and EVA as materials of base sheet and nylon copolymer as material of adhesive layer.In this paper,the relations between technological parameters, properties and composition were studied. The results show that there have higher peel strength between adhesive tape and polyester or polyamide.It is applicable for bonding the end of zipper cloth base.
