高等教育大众化背景下大学生就业教育存在问题探析

Analysis of the Employment Education for College Students under the Background of the Popularization Stage of Higher Education

随着我国高等教育步入"大众化教育"的轨道,高校招生人数和毕业生人数快速增长,高校毕业生供需矛盾日益突出,大学生就业难已成为社会关注的热点问题,以致大学生就业教育相应地进入一个新的阶段。针对当前我国高校大学生就业教育存在问题的形成原因进行分析与思考,旨在改善大学生就业教育的现状,构建一个完善的大学生全程化就业教育体系。

With the coming of the popularization stage of higher education in China, the number of students enrollment and graduates is increased rapidly, which makes the contradiction between supply and demand of graduates outstanding daily, and the difficulties for college students to get jobs have become a hot issue, so the employment education for university students has entered a new stage. The article analyzes the reason for the employment education problem in Chinese colleges and universities so as to improve the employment education for college students. In this paper the advice is given that the work of employment education system for college students should be a full process.
