构建中国国家软实力的战略思考

Strategic Thinking of China's Soft Power Construction

软实力概念的提出始于美国学者约瑟夫·奈。近年来,软实力的构建已越来越为世界各国所重视,软实力也逐渐成为国际竞争中的重要内容和重要手段。本文以软实力概念的分析为基础,指出了中美两国在国家软实力构建过程中的三大差异,进而提出内外兼修构建中国国家软实力的观点,并明确了中国在构建国家软实力过程中应注意的三个原则,以期对构建中国国家软实力有所助益。

The concept of soft power was proposed by an American scholar, Joseph Nye. In recent years, many countries are paying more and more attention to the construction of soft power - an increasingly important part and means in international competition. Based on an analysis of soft power, the paper illustrates three major differences between China and America in the process of soft power building, proposes inner and outer construction of China＇s soft power, and highlights the three principles that call for special attention in the nation＇s soft power construction.
