摘要
木薯是现阶段一种经济上可行、可以规模种植的酒精生产非粮原料,其发展潜力较大,但木薯酒精生产过程中产生的废醪液是一种高浓度的有机废水,处理难度大,一定程度上制约着木薯酒精产业的发展。对木薯酒精废醪液处理工艺中多采用的清液厌氧-好氧工艺及全糟厌氧-好氧工艺的生产现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并对以厌氧污泥回用、好氧污泥改性零排放等为特征的全糟厌氧清液协同处理工艺的应用状况进行了评述。
Ethanol production by non-food raw material has become a worldwide technical trend. Cassava is by now an economically viable non-food material for ethanol production which can be planted in large scale. There is a great potential to develop cassava ethanol production. However, cassava ethanol wastewater is a kind of high-concentration organic wastewater. The treatment of such wastewater is very hard and it restricts the development of cassava ethanol industry. In this paper, the present status of and the existed problems in anaerobic-aerobic fermentation with decantation or without decantation which were widely used in the treatment of cassava ethanol wastewater were introduced. Furthermore, the application of anaerobic-aerobic fermentation with or without decantation synergistic processing technology, characterized by recycling of anaerobic sludge and zero emission of aerobic sludge, was also commented.
