摘要
针对葡萄酒的生产发展模式——葡萄酒庄,重点阐述了低山丘陵地区借助地形将葡萄种植、葡萄酒加工和贮藏结合起来。在葡萄酒生产工艺设计中充分利用地势势能,从而实现葡萄酒的重力酿造,并且最大限度实现低碳节能,为山地丘陵地区发展特色葡萄酒庄提供了可资借鉴的设计方案。
Chateau, a development type for grape wine production, its design in mountainous region should fully consider grape planting, grape wine processing, and grape wine storage by use of geographic advantages, which could realize low-carbon and energy-saving grape wine produc- tion. In this paper, such design programs were provided as reference for building characteristic chateau in mountainous region.
