摘要
研究不锈钢原渣中铬的赋存状态,及添加Al2O3高温改性处理不锈钢渣中铬的富集和Al2O3添加量对铬富集程度的影响。将不锈钢渣与Al2O3混合后于1 520℃熔融30 min,冷却到1 500℃时保温10 min。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X—射线能谱(EDX)和X射线衍射(XRD)对试样进行分析。结果表明:在Al2O3改性的不锈钢渣中,铬主要富集在复合尖晶石固溶体[(Fe,Mg)(Cr,Fe,Al)2O4]中,其中添加质量分数为10%Al2O3时,铬的质量分数(以Cr2O3计)能达到57.98%,该晶体的平均尺寸能够达到22.3μm;铬的富集度为88.22%。
Study the occurrence of chromium in stainless Steel slag, the enrichment of Cr and the growth of Cr-concentrating phase in stainless steel slag by adding Al2O3. The mixture of stainless steel slag and Al2O3 were melted at 1 520℃ for 30 min, then were cooled to 1500 ℃ for 10 min. The samples were analyzed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy disperse X-ray spectrometry (EDX), and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The results show that Cr can be enriched into spinel phase[(Fe, Mg)(Cr, Fe, Al)2O4 ]. When the slag is added with 10% Al2O3, the grain size can reached to 22.3 um with the high content of Cr2O3 (57.98%), and the chromium concentration degree can reach to 88.22%.
