摘要
利用MSCNASTRAN,对155mm火炮在发射期间,其环境温度分别为-20℃、0℃、20℃时,药室室壁温度场进行了瞬态有限元分析。由于初始条件的复杂性和不确定性,建立模型时作了合理的简化处理。得出不同初始条件下,药室室壁温度场的分布情况及5分钟后外壁相应的温度区间。
When the environment temperature were -20℃,0℃and 20℃ respectively,by using MSC/NASTRAN,the transient finite element analysises of the temperature field of the powder chamber wall of the 155mm cannon were carried out while firing.Because of the complication and uncertainty of the initial conditions,some proper simpli fications were done to them before establishing the model.After calculating,the temperature field distribution of the powder chamber wall and the relative temperature range of the outside surface after 5 minutes with different initial conditions were obtained.
