摘要
介绍了用纯TNT及TNTRDX(8020)两种炸药爆炸的方法合成纳米级石墨粉末的初步结果,爆炸后在容器内收集到的黑色固体产物中碳的含量达912%,XRD和TEM的结果表明此黑色固体产物为石墨,颗粒尺寸分布在2~22nm之间。相对炸药量的得率:纯TNT为16%、TNTRDT(8020)为13%。
In this paper,the preliminary results of Ultradisperse Graphite (UDG) synthesized by the detonation of TNT and TNT RDX(80/20) explosive were reported.The content of carbon in the black solid product collected from the wall and the bottom of the chamber after detonation was 91.2% .XRD and TEM results indicated that the black solid product is graphite and the particle size of graphite is 2~22nm.The yields were about TNT:13% and TNT/RDX 80/20:16% .
