摘要
研究了震动膜对乳化液处理效果,通过超滤过程中膜通量的变化评价了震动强化剪切防止膜污染的性能,并对其防污染机理进行了分析。实验结果表明,利用震动膜过滤2种乳化液,COD和油的去除率分别可以达到93.5%和99%以上,SS去除率可以实现完全截留。在过滤过程中,通量没有下降,反而有所上升,说明震动膜可以有效防止膜污染。通量的增加主要是由于高速剪切导致水温上升,粘度减小,反过来又提高了剪切强度。
The effect of vibratory shear enhanced processing(VSEP)on two waste emulsions treatment was investigated,and the performance of VSEP on controlling membrane fouling was also evaluated according to the changes of membrane flux.In addition,the mechanism of VSEP on maintaining high membrane flux was discussed.Results showed that,for two emulsions,more than 93.5% of COD,99% of oil could be removed and SS could be completely rejected.The membrane flux increased instead of declining during ultrafiltration,which could be attributed to the higher temperature and lower viscosity of water samples caused by high shear stress,which in turn resulted in further enhancement of shear forces.
