丹参总酚酸的HPLC指纹图谱研究

HPLC Fingerprint Analysis of Total Phenolic Acids in Salvia

目的:建立丹参总酚酸的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:0.05%的磷酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长:286nm。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版》,计算各被测样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度。结果:共有8个共有峰,10批被测样品的色谱指纹图谱的整体相似度,并得出了丹参总酚酸的对照指纹图谱。结论:该指纹图谱方法简便、重线性好、可专属性的研究丹参总酚酸的指纹图谱,为有效地控制该纯化物的内在质量提供了科学依据。

Objective ： To establish the method of fingerprint analysis of total phenolic acids in Salvia by HPLC. Methods ： HPLC with Venusil XBP- C18 column was used,taking Acetonitrile -0.05 phosphoric acid （ gradient elution） as a mobile phase and detection wavelength was set at 286nm. Results ： 8 peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in total phenolic acids in Salvia. Conclusion ：This method is simple ,accurate with good reproducibility ,and can be used specifically for the quality control of Total phenolic acids in Salvia.
