摘要
目的:建立丹参总酚酸的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Venusil XBP-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:0.05%的磷酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长:286nm。采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A)版》,计算各被测样品的HPLC指纹图谱的整体相似度。结果:共有8个共有峰,10批被测样品的色谱指纹图谱的整体相似度,并得出了丹参总酚酸的对照指纹图谱。结论:该指纹图谱方法简便、重线性好、可专属性的研究丹参总酚酸的指纹图谱,为有效地控制该纯化物的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective : To establish the method of fingerprint analysis of total phenolic acids in Salvia by HPLC. Methods : HPLC with Venusil XBP- C18 column was used,taking Acetonitrile -0.05 phosphoric acid ( gradient elution) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength was set at 286nm. Results : 8 peaks were separated on HPLC fingerprint in total phenolic acids in Salvia. Conclusion :This method is simple ,accurate with good reproducibility ,and can be used specifically for the quality control of Total phenolic acids in Salvia.
