摘要
实验对锦带花用水蒸气蒸馏法进行提取,并应用气-质联用技术对提取物挥发油的主要挥发性成分进行鉴定。实验结果表明锦带花的提取物中主要含3,4,5-三甲基庚烷、噻唑5、-甲基十一烷、丁二酸、苯酚类衍生物、哌啶、4,5-二乙基辛烷、十六酸等成分。
To identify the major volatile ingredients of Weigela florida by GC - MS, the Weigela florida was extracted by applying wet distillation method in this study. The results suggested that major ingredients of the extractive volatile oil were 3,4,5 - trimethyl heptane, thiazole, 5 - methyl undecane, butanedioic acid, phenol derivatives, piperidine, 4,5 - diethyl octane, hexadecanoic acid.
