穴位埋线配合推拿治疗黄褐斑100例

Catgut Embedding Combined with Tuina Freating 100 Cases of Chloasma

目的:针对目前针灸治疗黄褐斑费时较多,不利于上班一族的治疗现状,立足中医理论,对常规治疗方法进行改进,利用穴位埋线配合推拿治疗黄褐斑,同时采用目前临床中常规治疗黄褐斑的方法作为对照组,治疗两个疗程,记录他们在治疗前后其面部黄褐斑的变化,最后对二者疗效进行对比。探讨埋线和推拿结合治疗黄褐斑的机理。方法:将符合黄褐斑诊断标准的100例患者按照1:1的比例随机分为两组,即穴位埋线配合推拿组:先对患者进行捏脊、摩腹,然后选取肺俞、肝俞、肾俞、胃俞四穴为主进行穴位埋线进行治疗;对照组50例,采用内服维生素E、C。在治疗过程中停止使用一切护肤产品和美容活动,并停用其他相关治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96.0%,对照组有效率76.0%,经统计学分析,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)结论:临床中运用针刺、推拿手段,取长补短,在保证疗效的前提下,减少治疗次数,同样可以取得较好的疗效。

Objective ： To observe patients with chloasma in view of the present acupuncture treatment more time - consuming, based on Chinese medicine theory, in conventional treatments to improve, use acupuncture and Tuina therapy treating chloasma, at present adopted the routine clinical method. Treatment included two courses, record them in his face before and after the treatment of chloasma changes,finally compare their curative effect. Catgut embedding and Tuina therapy mechanism of the chloasma. Meth- ods：Meeting diagnostic criteria chloasma 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 50 cases, were administrated by vitamin E, C. During the course of treatment stop using all skin care products and beauty activities, and disable other relevant treatment. Results：Treatment group efficient was 96. 0%, control efficient was 76.0%. By Statistical analysis, the curative effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：The clinical use of acupuncture and massage and they can complement each other, on the premise of guaranteed results, can reduce treatment frequencies, and achieve good curative effect.
