摘要
脊柱推拿是治疗脊柱伤病安全有效的方法。但是,其传统的病理机制机械压迫和炎性刺激学说尚不能满意的解释脊柱推拿所有的临床现象。因此,寻找新的病理学说已成为研究人员关注的热点之一。脊柱推拿的重要概念"亚脱位"具有关节解剖位置微细改变和节段活动减小的基本特性。然而,其缺乏合理有效基础研究动物模型。研究介绍一种用于诱导亚脱位大鼠模型的椎体外部连接固定系统及其评价方法。
Spinal manipulation is safe and effective for spine - related disorders. Hypothesis of mechanical oppression and inflammatory stimulation isn' t suit for all syndroms of spine - related disorders. A number of resesrchers pay attention to new hypothesis of spinal manipulation. Its significant concept--subluxation has always been a controversial issue. There are two essential clinical characteristics about subluxation : one is change of anatomical position of joints, and the other is hypomobility of the joints. But, there isn' t an effective animal model of subluxation. This article will introduce an external link fixation system and its evaluation method for rat model of subluxation.
