摘要
本文对我国某磷铁矿磁选尾矿进行了磷矿物浮选试验,该矿组成复杂,上下层矿样中磷矿物可浮性差别较大,试验采用了选择性较好的磷矿物捕收剂PA-807A,有效回收了上层矿样和下层矿样中的磷矿物。开路试验中,上层矿样在磨矿细度-200目质量分数为50%时,经过一次粗选一次精选,获得了P2O5品位为31.28%,P2O5回收率为96.15%的磷精矿;下层矿样在磨矿细度-200目质量分数为80%时,经过一次粗选三次精选,获得了P2O5品位为31.76%,P2O5回收率为82.04%的磷精矿。
in this paper, phosphorite flotation test was carried out to study the magnetic separation tailings of a phosphate-iron ore in China. Because of the complex composition of the ore and the big difference in the phosphorite's/'lotability between the up- per layer and the lower layer, a kind of collector PA-807A thathad good selectivity for phosphorite was used in the test. The PA-807A could float the phosphorite in the upper layer ore and the lower layer ore effectively. In open circuit test, when the up- per layer ore was ground to the fineness of 50% --200 mesh, a phosphate concentrate with 31.28% PzO5 grade and 96.15% P2O5 recovery could be obtained through one roughing and one cleaning. When the lower layer ore was ground to the fineness of 80% --200 mesh, a phosphate concentrate with 31.76% P2O5 grade and 82.04% P2O5 recovery could be obtained through one roughing and three cleanings.
