摘要
研究了在Cyclone-30回旋加速器上利用核反应69Ga(p,2n)68Ge制备无载体68Ge的工艺条件,并研制成生产68Ge的半自动化装置,提出了一种固体靶制备方法,靶材料为Ga4Ni合金,质子能量Ep=20MeV,辐射过的靶子用硝酸溶解,然后通过液液萃取系统分离68Ge,经热实验验证68Ge回收率>91%。
The preparation of carrier-free add germanium-68 by the nuclear reaction69Ga(p,3n)69Ge in Cyclone-30 was studied. A semi-automatic device for producinggermanium-68 was developed. The solid target which was an alloy of Ga4Ni wasobtained. After bombardment with 20MeV protons, the irradiated target wasdissolved in nitric acid and separated utilizing a liquid-liquid extraction systemgiving a recovery of 91% of the germanium-68 product.
