人工双极股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折

Bipolar Prosthetic Replacement in Treatment of the Fracture of Femoral Neck in Elderly

目的:探讨人工双极股骨头置换术在股骨颈骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法:采用髋关节外侧切口入路,对我院从2007年6月-2010年8月收治的18例老年股骨颈骨折行人工双极股骨头置换。结果:18例均获随访,时间6～41个月,按Harris评分:优6例;良9例;尚可2例;差1例。结论:人工双极股骨头置换是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的一种很好方法,让患者早期活动了髋关节,避免长期卧床并发症,创伤小,从而提高了生存质量。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect bipolar prosthetic replacement in treatment of the fracture of femoral neck in the elderly. Methods：Between June 2007 and August 2010,18 cases suffering the fracture of femur neck in elderly were underwent bipolar prosthetic replacement by outside lateral incision. Results：All patients have obtained the follow-up between six month and forty one months. According to Harris＇ scores, the excellent are 6 cases, the good are 9 cases, the normal are 2 cases, and the poor is 1 case. Conclusion：It is wonderful treatment that the patients with the fracture of femur neck in elderly undergo the bipolar proschetic replacement. Because it can make patients move their hip joint at early, avoid the complication of keeping in bed in long time, get small invasive, and improve the living level.
