天津木本蔬菜资源调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Woody Vegetable Resources in Tianjin

通过野外调查、走访、市场调研以及查阅大量文献资料,对天津木本蔬菜资源进行了系统调查。结果表明:初步确定天津有木本蔬菜资源23科35属41种,并依据食用器官的不同将其分为4类。为天津木本蔬菜资源的保护和开发提供初步参考。

According to field investigation,oral probe from native, market reseach as well as reviewing widely literature,the woody Vegetable resources in Tianjin were studied. The results showed that initially indentified that there were 41 species of woody vegetable resources belonging to 23 families and 35 genera,which can be sorted into 4 class by the difference of edible parts. Provided a preliminary reference for the exploitation and utilization of the woody vegetable resources in Tianjin.
