摘要 用机械混合法合成了SBS/离子互穿聚体网络(IPN’S),并且用动态力学图谱研究了该聚体网络。实验结果表明,SBS存在两个玻璃转换温度(Tg_1和Tg_2),由于聚体网络的组份含量不同,它存在的三个玻璃转换温度(Tg_1、Tg_2和Tg_3)。随着离聚体含量的增多,Tg_2逐渐增大,Tg_1和Tg_3逐渐减小。提高交联密度,可得到同样的结果。通过增塑和互穿,把具有流动性和可混性的SBS改性成了热熔胶粘剂。 SBS/ionomer interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN's) were synthesized by mechanical blending and were investigated by dynamic mechanical spectroscopy. The experimental results showed that SBS has two glass transition temperatures (Tg_1,Tg_2) and there are three glass transition temperatures (Tg_1,Tg_2,Tg_3) corresponding to the component content in the polymer network. With the increasing of ionomer component, Tg_1,Tg_3 decrease and Tg_2 increases.With the increasing of crosslinked density, we get the same result. Due to the plastication and interpenetration, SBS with mobility and miscibility were improved as a hot-melt adhesive.
