摘要
针对水电工程EPC项目设计管理存在的问题,基于总承包商角度探讨了EPC项目设计质量管理,建立了EPC项目设计管理集成模式,并构建了有效设计管理体系,为完善EPC项目总承包商设计质量控制机制提供了依据。
According to the existing problems of design management of EPC project in hydropower engineering, this paper studies design quality management of EPC project based on general contractor. And an integrated model of design management of EPC project is established. Then the effective design management system of EPC project is built. Thus, it provides basis for improving the design quality management of EPC project for general contractors.
