摘要
详细阐述了掘进机截割电动机进行调速的必要性,提出将直接转矩控制技术应用于煤矿井下巷道掘进切割电动机调速控制,分析了直接转矩控制技术的基本原理,建立了系统仿真模型并进行了仿真,仿真结果验证了该方案的可行性与可靠性。
The paper elaborated the necessity of speed regulation of the cutting motor in the roadheader,and proposed the application of direct torque control technology to the speed regulation of the cutting motor in the roadheader.It also analyzed the basic principle of the direct torque control technology,and built the simulation model of the system.In addition,it carried out the simulation.The simulation results verified the feasibility and the reliability of the scheme.
