摘要
对四连杆蟹爪式装载机扒取机构优化设计进行了研究。首先,推导出了扒取机构扒爪端点的运动轨迹曲线方程和扒爪位置角公式。其次,根据扒爪端点理想轨迹曲线和理想扒爪位置角要求和结构的特点,建立了四连杆蟹爪式装载机扒取机构优化设计数学模型。最后,用C++语言和复合形优化方法,编写了四连杆蟹爪式装载机扒取机构优化设计程序,并示例进行优化设计,优化结果较令人满意。
The paper studied the gathering mechanism of the four-bared gathering arm loader.At first,the paper deduced the motion trajectory equation for the end point of the gathering arm of the gathering mechanism as well as the formula for the position angle of the gathering arm.Secondly,according to requirements of the ideal trajectory and ideal position angle of the gathering arm as well as the structural features,it built the mathematical model for the optimization design of the gathering mechanism of the four-bared gathering arm loader.At last,the paper used C++ language and compound optimization method to compile the program for the optimization design of the gathering mechanism of the four-bared gathering arm loader,and took an example to carry out the optimization design,the optimization results were satisfactory.
