Development of an automatic system of testing for performance of mine-used large-capacity main drainage pump

研制开发了一套大容量主排水泵性能测试系统,介绍了系统的测试内容及硬件组成,重点阐述了基于组态王的系统软件开发,包括软件的组织结构、性能曲线拟合和报表生成等功能的实现,并针对大容量主排水泵性能测试系统中管路振动严重的问题提出了有效的解决方法。现场应用结果表明,该测试系统稳定可靠,易于操作。

A system of testing for the performance of the large-capacity main drainage pump was developed,and the testing contents and hardware composition of the system were introduced.The software development based on KingView was elaborated,which included software structure,performance curve fitting and report generation.In addition,the effective solutions for the serious vibration in pipelines of the testing system were proposed.The field operation showed that the system was stable,reliable,and easy to operate.
