摘要
基于对美国康威德香蕉筛在新巨龙选煤厂实际应用过程中300mm筛孔堵塞问题的研究,提出了一种新颖的解决大块物料堵塞筛孔的方案,并设计了一种新型分级香蕉筛的防堵塞筛面。为选煤厂工程技术人员提供了一种新的解决分级筛筛孔堵塞的方法。
In view of clogging of 300 mm sieving holes in CONN-WELD banana screen occurring during its operation process in the coal preparation plant of Shandong Xinjulong Energy Co.,Ltd.,a novel scheme of preventing from sieving holes clogged by large-massed material was proposed.In addition,a new-type anti-clogging sieving surface used for classification banana screens was designed,which offered a new method of preventing the clogging of sieving holes in classification screens.
