制备片状BaTiO_3晶体的研究进展 被引量:2

STUDY'S DEVELOPMENT ON SYNTHESIZING THE PLATE-LIKE BaTiO_3 CRYSTAL

摘要 具有片状微观形貌的BaTiO3晶体是模晶生长法制备锆钛酸铅及钛酸钡织构化材料的理想模板晶体。本文综述了片状BaTiO3晶体的制备原理与途径,介绍了目前几种最主要的制备方法,并对这些方法的特点进行了分析,以期得到工艺简单、重复性好的合成方法。 Plate-like BaTiO3 crystals were ideal templates that used in synthesizing lead zirconate titanate ceramics and barium titanate texturing material by Templated Grain Growth (TGG). This paper summarized the preparation principle and the method about Platelet-like BaTiO3 crystals, recommended several main preparation method at present and carried on the analysis to these method's characteristic in order to obtain a synthetic method with simple process and good duplication.
