THE EXPLORATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHAOZHOU TRADITIONAL HANDICRAFT CERAMIC INDUSTRY

通过对潮州手工艺陶瓷产业发展现状的分析,指出了潮州手工艺陶瓷产业在生产规模、经济基础及人力资源发展模式方面存在的问题,针对所存在的问题,文章结合钻石模型进行分析探讨,从完善人才培养体系、创建人才培养模式、开拓产品创新之路等方面为潮州传统手工艺陶瓷产业未来的发展指明了道路。

This article points out the problems of the handicraft of Chaozhou ceramics industry in production scale, economic basis, human resource development patterns through to analyze the status of the handicraft of Chaozhou ceramics industry. For these existing problems, the article combines the analysis of diamond model points the way for the future development of Chaozhou traditional handicraft ceramic industry from the perfect of improving the training system, creating of talent training mode and opening up product innovation.
