The Structure & Space-time Distribution of the Culture Development in Shanghai

推进上海跨世纪的都市文化建设，是当前制定上海国民经济和社会发展“十五”计划的重要课题。上海市的文化发展已从８０年代后期开始以文化设施建设为主的基础性阶段转向文化功能开发为主的“后建设”阶段。它从服务全国和面向世界的角度出发对上海都市文化的结构类型和时空布局进行整体规划和建设，成为上海都市文化发展的重要内容。以国内外文化中心城市发展的经验作为借鉴，对以功能开发为特点的都市文化建设提出几点新的思路。

The cultural development in Shanghai has transformed from fundamental stage of facility construction to post-construction stage of functional development. Serving China and facing the world, the integrated planning of structure and space-time distribution constitutes to the main focus in the dovelopment of Shanghai metropolitan culture. With reference to the foreign experiences of culture center cities, this article raises some new thoughts on Shanghai metropolitan culture.
