摘要
本文关注组织内次级单位间权力不均衡配置及其变迁。在回顾战略权变理论、资源依赖理论和制度理论相关研究基础上,提出一个整合框架,认为特定时期内次级单位在组织权力配置格局中的相对地位,由环境、结构、次级单位特征及个体特点等四层次要素决定,已有的权力配置格局因受组织惯性的影响和自我强化机制的存在而具有一定的稳定性,并随上述要素的变迁而处于不断变化中。
This paper focuses on the subunit power imbalance in organizations and how this power distribution will change. Based on the literature review of relevant theories, including Strate- gic Contingencies Theory, Resource Dependence Theory and Institutional Theory, the authors propose an integrated theoretical framework, which states that the intra -organizational power structure is determined by the environmental factors, structural factors, subunit factors and individual charac- teristics as well. The existing power distribution is relatively stable because of power institutionalization and self- reinforcing mechanism and will change as the factors mentioned above change.
