摘要
生物技术兴起及其在医药界的成功应用加速了生物医药产业传统的独立研发模式向开源式研发模式转型,合作研发成为全球药物创新发展的新模式。论文从合作动机、合作类型以及合作效应等方面阐释促进生物医药产业网络形成和演变的内在机理,并以上海张江为例进行实证分析。经研究发现:创新合作是生物医药创新网络演化的核心驱动力,生物医药产业经历了封闭式创新网络、开放式创新网络、集群化创新网络和全球化创新网络等由低级向高级的发展过程。
The rise of biotechnology and its successful application in the pharmaceutical industry accelerate the bio -pharmaceutical industry R&D model from independent to open development model. Cooperation R&D model has become a new model in global drug development. The paper has explored internal mechanism of formation and evolution in biopharmaeeutical innovation network by cooperative motives, type and effects. In this article, taking Zhangjiang in Shanghai as an example, the author draws two conclusions:Firstly, innovation cooperation promotes evolution and development of biopharmaceutical innovation network; Secondly, biopharmaceutical innovation networks went through evolution of closed innovation network, open innovation network, localization innovation network and global innovation networks.
