摘要
本文介绍了木材粘合常用的两种合成树脂乳白胶和脲醛树脂的制备配方和工艺,叙述了用正交表进行乳白胶木材胶粘剂配方设计的试验情况。试验结果表明:(1)所述8个乳白胶胶粘剂配方粘合木材的剪切强度均大于1.96MPa,成本比较低廉;(2)所选定的增塑剂DBP用量对粘合强度影响特别显著,应当重视乳白胶胶粘剂中增塑剂总含量的选择;(3)根据正交表的方差分析确定胶粘剂的最优配方是A_2B_1C_1D_1。
The laboratory methods of preparation of the polyinyl acetate emulsion (PVAc) and the ureaformaldehyde resin for wood are described. The glue formulations based on PVAc were designed by the normal table L8 (2~7). The experimental results show. (1) the shear strength of the described eight glues for wood is higher than 1.96MPa, and the cost is much lower; (2) the level of the plasticizer DBP influences the bonding strength of the glues, therefore the total content of the plasticizer in the glues should be paid great attention to and (3) according to the variance analysis of the normaltable the A_2B_1C_1D_1 is the optimum compounding.
