摘要
斗轮机全名为悬臂式斗轮堆取料机。由于其在运行过程中,具有不断改变角度的特征,需要实时对其进行角度补偿。本文采用电压型倾角传感器,实现实时测量斗轮机的倾斜角度,达到实时对斗轮机进行角度补偿的设计要求。
For 'bucket wheel machine' full name 'the cantilevered of stacker-reclaimers',has the characteristics of continuous changing angle in operation,it is important for real-time angle compensation.In this article,The author uses the voltage type tilt sensors to realize real-time measurement of a turbine angle and achieve a turbine to angle for real-time compensation design requirements.
