摘要
对一种新型电动堆垛机液压系统的设计进行了探讨,通过采用升降液压缸与货叉伸缩液压缸并联的方法以及手动液压控制阀和电磁阀的有机组合,使该液压系统实现升降和货叉伸缩的功能。通过对2种可行的液压系统方案分析比较,最终确定一种最优的方案进行设计试制,取得了满意的效果。
The hydraulic system design of a new electric stacker is discussed in this paper. Through parallel connection of lifting hydraulic cylinder and fork telescopic hydraulic cylinder and the effective combination of manual hydraulic control valves and electromagnetic valves, the hydraulic system realizes the function of goods lifting and fork telescoping. Through analysis and comparison of the two feasible hydraulic system solutions, an optimum solution is ultimately determined for design and trial manufacturing, which achieves satisfactory results.
