摘要
对从欧洲引进的伸缩臂叉车的货叉调平角度进行了实际测量,发现其调平角度变化幅度过大,通过单目标、全变量的设计研究和优化设计,使货叉调平角度变化幅度最大理论值减小了82.7%,选择其中2个变量进行优化,其目标理论值减小59.41%,实测值减小54.84%。
Actual measurement on the fork leveling angle of the European-introduced telehandler shows the leveling angle range changes greatly. Single-object and all-variable design study and optimization design reduce the maximum changing amplitude theoretical value by 82. 7%. And selecting two variables to optimize makes the target theoretical value reduced by 59.41% and the measured value reduced by 54. 84%.
