摘要
黄骅港一期翻车机使用多年后,出现翻车机偏斜的问题,严重影响了设备的安全运行。通过检测翻车机主体结构的形位以及主体结构与翻车机托轮之间的相对状态,找到翻车机偏斜的原因,并依据该测量结果制定改造方案,从根本上解决了翻车机偏斜的问题。
Deflection occurs in Huanghua port phase one project car damper after many years' use, which seriously affects the equipment safe operation. Through detecting the car damper main structure condition and the relative state between the main structure and the supporting rollers of the car damper, the deflection causes are found. Based on the measurement results, reconstruction scheme is made to fundamentally solve the problem of car dumper deflection.
