摘要
对大型800 t门座起重机回转平台中的回转减速器装配用结合面的加工进行了工艺分析,并针对其装配时的精度要求进行了特性化设备的方案确定及设计计算;介绍了实际施工过程,探讨了大型结构件局部位置的加工方法,为大型结构件局部位置加工及特性化设备设计制造提供了一种新思路。
This paper makes technology analysis on the joint surface assembly of rotary speed reducer of large 800-ton gantry crane rotary platform and decides the characterized equipment scheme and makes design calculation according to the accuracy requirements in assembly. It also introduces the actual operation process and discusses the partial position processing method of large structure parts, which provides new ideas for the partial position processing of large structure parts, and the design and manufacturing of characterized equipment.
