民生体育背景下我国奥运项目体育组织的社会责任

On Social Responsibility of Chinese Olympic Sports Organization at the Background of Livelihood Sports

在利民、惠民和健民的民生体育背景下,奥运项目体育组织职能需进行公共化、公用化、公众化实体改革,锦标性、形象性、政治性的奥运争光任务和惠民性、利民性、健民性全民参与任务并行。项目推广、社会分享、精英培养、赛事运筹是我国奥运项目体育组织的社会责任。应形成新的制度框架和运行机制,满足民众生活的需要。

At the backgrounds of livelihood sports, that is, to benefit people, facilitate people and to make people healthy, Chinese Olympic organization needs a reform to be publicized, utilized and commonalized. That is to say, the targets for honoring the country and for mass participation should be done side by side. The study states that the sport program promotion, the sharing sports with all people, bringing up elite athletes and holding sport events are the social responsibilities of the Olympic sport organization. A new system and mechanism should be formed to satisfy the needs of national people.
