摘要
ZrO2基电化学NOx传感器是对柴油机尾气中NOx含量进行检测的重要元件。文中研究了NOx传感器用非活化电极浆料配方,通过调整配方中的造孔剂含量和Au含量,比较传感器的氮氧化物测量泵电流Ip2的零点偏移量,得出造孔剂含量为4%、Au含量为0.4%~0.8%的浆料配方满足NOx传感器使用要求。
Electrochemical NOx sensors based on ZrO2 is the most reasonable choice for detection of diesel exhaust NOx concentration. This paper studied the formula of the inactivated electrode paste used for NOx sensors, adjusted the content of pore-forming agent and Au, compared the offset current Ip2, and obtained the best formula. It is found that when the pore-forming agent content is 4% and Au content is 0.4%-0.8%, the requirements of NOx sensor can be met.
